Title:   Admin / Accounts Assistant 

We are currently looking for a part time admininistration and accounts assistant to work in our office based at the Business & Innovation Centre in Sunderland.


 The successful candidate will be:

  • Highly motivated
  • Experienced within a busy office environment
  • Able to demonstrate that they have lots of common sense!
  • Able to use their own initiative
  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Able to deal with clients


 Duties to include
 

  • Answering the telephone
  • Preparing Correspondence, dealing with incoming & outgoing post
  • Client liaison - both sales and credit control
  • Client file updates
  • Data input - Sage Line 50
  • Payroll processing

Education & Abilities:

  • You must be IT literate
  • Knowledge of Sage Instant or Line 50 very advantageous
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • English and Maths GCSE good passes are essential
  • Training on all our systems and procedures will be given

We envisage that the successful person will be suitably qualified or working towards further qualifications such as AAT or equivalent. Salary is negotiable, depending on qualifications and experience.
